New Palestinian unity government

The New Palestinian coalition government ministers has officially been announced. There are 11 ministers from Hamas, 6 from Fatah,1 from the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine, 1 from the Palestinian National Initiative, 1 from the Palestinian People's Party, 1 from the Third Way Party and 4 independents.

The new cabinet is as follows:

• Prime Minister: Ismail Haniyeh, Hamas
• Deputy Prime Minister: Azzam Al-Ahmad, Fatah
• Foreign Minister: Ziad Abu Amr, Independent
• Minister of Finance: Salam Fayyad, Third Way
• Minister of the Interior: Hani Qawasmi, Independent
• Minister of Social Affairs: Saleh Zeidan, Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine
• Minister of Information: Mustafa Barghouthi, Palestinian National Initiative
• Minister of Health: Radwan Akhras, Fatah
• Minister of Culture: Bassam Al-Salhi, Palestinian People's Party
• Labour Minister: Mahmoud Al-Aloul, Fatah
• Transportation Minister: Sadi Krunz, Fatah
• Minister of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs: Suleiman Abu Sneina, Fatah
• Minister of Public Works and Housing: Samih Al-Abed, Fatah
• Minister of Education: Nasser Addin Al-Sha'er, Hamas
• Minister of Local Government: Mohammad Barghouthi, Hamas
• Minister of Women's Affairs: Amal Siyam, Independent
• Minister of Planning: Samir Abu Aisha, Hamas
• Minister of Youth and Sports: Basim Naeem, Hamas
• Minister of Agriculture: Mohammad Al-Agha, Hamas
• Minister of Communication: Yousef Mansi, Hamas
• Economy Minister: Ziad Thatha, Hamas
• Minister of Waqf and Religious Affairs: Mohammad Tartouri, Hamas
• Minister of Justice: Ali Sartawi, Hamas
• State Minister: Wasfi Qabha, Hamas
