The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine condemns the bloody massacre at Beit Hanoun and calls on the Palestinian people to stand up to this act of aggression

A massive slaughter was carried out by the Israeli enemy in Beit Hanoun leaving 18 dead and more than 40 wounded in its wake, the majority of whom were women and children. The death toll can be added to if one includes the number of people slaughtered in Jabalia and in Eliamon by the Zionist war criminals; they acted under the cloak of Arab and international silence and with American support to the genocidal occupation.

To counter the bloody escalation of Israeli violence requires the immediate application of the Document of National Agreement, particularly as it relates to the formation of a government of national unity with the participation of all the national and Islamic forces and to the creation of a single resistance front to confront the occupation forces.

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine vigorously condemns the slaughter carried out by the Israeli enemy. We call upon the masses of our people to face this aggression through all forms and popular movements and calls upon Arab and Islamic peoples to take to the streets to place pressure on their governments and force them to desist from their silence.

We also urge people to compel those governments to carry out effective actions that put a brake on the brutal and hideous acts of aggression; such as the withdrawal of ambassadors from Tel Aviv and the expulsion of the Israeli ambassadors from Arab capitals.

The Democratic Front also calls upon those who defend peace and democracy in the world to raise their voices in support of the Palestinian people and to denounce the bloody Israeli and American policies that complete shields the war crimes that Tel makes Aviv systematically commits against the children of our people.

The international community is called upon to morally and legally carry out actions in the face of the bloody Zionist escalation of violence. The world community must press the UN Security Council to affect an immediate halt to the atrocities by taking the necessary measures to stop the slaughter that Israel is committing against our people.
